Founders Message

Welcome to the community! AEB is a reflection of my journey. I’m a journalist from Michigan who spent years in Hollywood producing TV series and films—and now, I’m doing the same from Austin.

Early on, I struggled to find a consistent community and real, actionable information about jobs, salaries, career growth, and transitions.

I founded AEB to bridge those gaps, and after eight years, 100+ guest speakers, and countless events… it’s working.
