SPYRAL, the Documentary & Shattering the Silence Movement
SPYRAL is a completed impactful documentary that delves into the complexities of mental health, aiming to break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health struggles.
Directed by two-time Academy Award-winning director Bill Guttentag and narrated by actress Michelle Trachtenberg, SPYRAL follows real stories of individuals navigating the challenges of bipolar disorder and other mental health conditions. The film offers a raw, unfiltered look into these personal journeys, while also emphasizing the importance of accessible resources and support for those in crisis.
As part of our mission, the AEB Foundation is using SPYRAL as a cornerstone to raise awareness and funding for mental health initiatives. Through screenings, community discussions, and partnerships with mental health organizations, we aim to make a tangible impact on the lives of those affected by mental health issues.
